So many employees are struggling in the current climate. Working from home, work life balance and family stressors are causing many to feel burnt out. I have been supporting individuals and organisations by offering 1:1 support, group coaching, webinars and workshops around emotional well-being. This has been really beneficial to staff and employers. I am looking at how to support Employers with staff well-being using a membership scheme and an app program set-up. By supporting staff this increases productivity, retention and team dynamics. I would love to find out what you already have in place and what you would like. Reviewing well-being policies is definitely useful following the current COVID 19 pandemic.
