Bromley Council: Equality, Diversity and Inclusion review

Question Title

Bromley Council’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Corporate Board is reviewing the accessibility of our services for our customers.

We are keen to seek views from the Voluntary and Community Sector on how access to our services could be improved for all members of our community.

Specifically, we would like to understand whether there are specific groups of residents who you work with who find it difficult to access our services fully and how we can improve their experiences of interacting with the Council.
