RCPath Workforce Survey relating to Laboratory Haematology & Transfusion Medicine 2018/2019 |
Introduction
This survey is being sent to UK Laboratory Leads for Haematology and Transfusion Medicine for completion by them or their designated representative.
If you do not have a Haematology or Transfusion Medicine service, please quit the survey and email us at workforce@rcpath.org to let us know.
We would like to receive one reply for your department so please forward to the most appropriate person if this is not you. Please notify us of this change so that we can follow up with the correct person.
The College needs you to participate in this survey so that we can improve our workforce data. We will triangulate the data you provide with data from the RCPath online census to ensure we have as comprehensive a picture of the UK workforce in pathology as possible. The College is also seeking to obtain a realistic idea of the number of vacant posts in the UK in this specialty.
It would help you to look at the list of questions we are asking so that you can collate the answers before you start. Please prepare your data before starting the survey. If you cannot find any information, please complete what you can and mention in the free text comments section that some of the information is unavailable.
