Thank you for showing an interest in Talkabout, please complete the application form in full. We ask for personal data to ensure that the panel is representative of the community as a whole. We also use this information to get better insight into different communities’ views.

Please read our privacy notice to find out more about how we protect your personal information. We will ask for your consent to this at the start of the form. You can withdraw from the panel at any time by contacting business.intelligence@york.gov.uk.

Once you have completed the application form you will be automatically added to the panel and sent the next survey. Residents from groups that are already well represented in the panel will be held on a waiting list for up to 12 months and we will contact you should this be the case.
