To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, Bristol is celebrating the ‘Five Ways of Wellbeing’ with ‘Five Days of Wellbeing’, highlighting how we can all take simple steps to our improve our mental wellbeing, now and in the longer term.

Connect: connecting with people around you can help improve your metal health

Be Active: moving more can help improve your mood

Take Notice: when was the last time you really noticed your surroundings?

Learn: find the joy in learning something new

Give: helping others is a great way to protect your mental health
