The definition of domestic abuse service for the purpose of this survey is: specialist services for the provision of support to victims and survivors of domestic abuse, as well as specialist community services that provide behaviour change programmes for perpetrators. (e.g. IDVA Service, Refuge provision, Specialist counselling or support groups, Specialist BME/disability or LGBT services. It would not include generic mental health provision, local authority housing, generic victim support services)

The calculation FTE is an employee's scheduled hours divided by the employer's hours for a full-time workweek. An employer with a 35-hour workweek would divide the employee's scheduled hours by 35 to determine the FTE.  For example, an employee scheduled to work 21 hours per week would be 0.6 FTE, an employee scheduled to work 35 hours per week would be 1.0 FTE.
