Welcome to the Keevil Village Survey

Dear Parishioner

The attached survey is a unique opportunity for everyone in Keevil to help shape and guide the future of our village and community over the next 15-20 years. It seeks your views on our current and future needs; to identify the qualities and services we value most, so that we can consider how best to protect and enhance them, and to enable us to plan ahead.

Please encourage everyone in your household aged 12 and over (on 1st September 2018) to complete the five sections of the INDIVIDUAL SURVEY. One adult in the household should also complete the HOUSEHOLD SURVEY. The more responses we get, the better we will be able to deliver the sort of future the Keevil Parish community wants.

Please complete by MIDNIGHT 28th February 2019.

If you have any queries about the survey, or need assistance completing it, please contact members of the sub-committee: Simon Newton, Ginny Sherman, Suzanne Wickham or Sarah Dow, contact details on the village website here: https://keevilvillage.com/parish-council/future-of-keevil-survey/

What will happen next:

The findings of the survey will be presented at a future Parish Council meeting. Key areas for development will be identified and steering groups set up to look at each of these areas. Your support of and involvement in these groups will be very warmly welcomed.

The information that you supply will be processed by the Clerk to Keevil Parish Council on behalf of the Parish Council. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, the Clerk is the Data Controller. Any information you provide will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose stated in the introduction above.
