1. Introduction

Why your views really matter
Kingston Voluntary Action would like to capture a new up to date picture of our local sector with your help, as we regroup from Covid-19.

After two of the most turbulent years and the dramatic impact they have had on our lives and lives of our organisations, there have inevitably been some changes in our local voluntary and community sector.

We are all working in new ways, new projects and organisations have emerged in the borough and the environment around us is shifting faster than ever, bringing new challenges all the time.

We are grateful for all the feedback you have patiently been giving us through the pandemic. It helped us share your concerns and needs as well as your successes with local and national partners.

About the survey
This survey is best suited to the CEO, Manager, Coordinator or person responsible for running your organisation/group in Kingston. Please ensure the survey is only completed once by your organisation.

It will take approximately 25 minutes to complete. You can save and return to your responses (see below).

The survey deadline has been extended until Friday 10th June 2002.

You can see a PDF of the questions here.

We ask a range of questions about your organisation and your financial situation. We will also ask you about your relationship with the local authority and other statutory partners, and the support you need from KVA.  This will help KVA better understand and represent the voices of the voluntary sector in Kingston, and develop future support services to meet your needs.   If you opt-in during the survey we will email you about the findings.

Your answers are completely confidential to our team and will be anonymised in any publication. For more information about how we use your data, please see our privacy policy here.

Taking a break and returning to the survey (saving your responses)
You can leave and return to this survey. It saves the answers you have already completed and submitted at the end of each page. In order for this setting to work properly, you must use the same device (e.g. the same phone, laptop or desktop computer) and the same web browser that you started the survey on. In other words, you can open, close and open the survey, without having to answer the questions again. It will take you to your last submitted page, as long as you open it in the exact same way.

Prize Draw
All participants who complete the survey can opt-in to a prize draw to win one of 4 prizes worth £25 and 2 prizes worth £50. You can choose whether you would like to receive this as a donation to a charity of your choice (including yours) and/or some lovely brownies and flowers for your office.

5% of survey complete.
