This information is being collected by Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales and will be shared (as relevant) with the Lloyds Bank Foundation for the Channel Islands and Lloyds Banking Group.

Your data will be used only for the purposes specified and will be kept for a period of 7 years. Your name and contact details will be included on Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales (or Lloyds Bank Foundation for the Channel Islands) CRM system which is accessible only to the Foundation's employees.

Under the General Data Protection Regulations, you have the right:

of access to your personal data - if anything is inaccurate or incorrect, please let us know and we will correct it;
to have your data expunged from Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales’ or Lloyds Bank Foundation for the Channel Islands’) grant management system.

Who can apply?

To be eligible to apply to participate in this programme, you must fulfil the following criteria:
1. Be in receipt of a grant from Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales

OR

2. Be affiliated with Lloyds Bank Foundation for England & Wales or Local Motion in any of the following places: Bolsover, Carmarthen, Enfield, Great Yarmouth, Halton, Lincoln, Merthyr Tydfil, Middlesbrough, Oldham, Redcar & Cleveland, Telford & Wrekin or Torbay, with 70% of your provision being delivered in one of the localities listed above and fulfil the following two criteria:

Constituted as registered charities, community interest companies, social enterprises, or community organisation.
Have an income of less than £1 million.
