Development & Feedback of - Post Transplant Kidney Cafe

The Post-Transplant Kidney Cafes are designed for Transplant patients to come together and discuss varied topics in an informal setting alongside Volunteer Peer Mentors and the Renal Psychology Team.

For the service to continue to develop and improve we would love to hear your thoughts from this questionnaire, whether you have attended a post-transplant kidney café previously or not. If you have attended, we would like to understand your experiences with previous Post-Transplant Kidney Cafes and share with us what you would like to see in the future. If you have not attended one previously, we would like to understand what would encourage you to attend or what and how you think they should or could be run to support post-transplant patients.

The questionnaire will remain anonymous. The results of each questionnaire will be collated and only used to improve the Post-Transplant Kidney Cafés, quotes maybe used for marketing purposes which will also always be used anonymously unless stated otherwise.
