Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel a booking then the following will apply:
Cancellation on or before 5th May 2017 —100% refund
Cancellation during this period 6th May 2017 —2nd June 2017 inclusive—50% refund
After and including 3rd June 2017 —no refund will be given.
In the event of Leicester Lindyhop having to cancel the event then a full refund will be given against all bookings.
Please note;
Payment must be received within 14 days of booking to guarantee your place. If your payment has not been received within this time your place will be released.
We aim to contact you about your booking within 3-5 days of receipt, however at busy times this is not always possible.
