Introduction

The aim of this survey is to obtain feedback on the user experience of online Q&A forum for humanitarians KnowledgePoint. 

We are upgrading KnowledgePoint in several areas, as part of a six-month Humanitarian Innovation Fund-supported project.

Your feedback will inform the improvements we make to the user experience design of the platform, making KnowledgePoint a more intuitive tool for aid workers in the field.    

The questionnaire contains 16 questions and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
