My Health

Thank you for being so interested in helping us understand women’s ability to manage their health and wellbeing.

There is currently a growing emphasis on self-care and self-management of health. We would like to ask females within our community how you manage your health and wellbeing, how confident are you doing this and what barriers you may face when it comes to improving and maintaining your health and wellbeing.

Survey info:
This survey is for females or people who identify as female over the age of 16.
Closing date Thursday 30 November 2023.
Approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Your views making a difference:
It’s quick and easy to share your experiences with us; your feedback gives health and social care service managers the information they need to make changes everyone in our community will benefit from.

Please tell us what’s worked well for you, what could be done better, and what matters to you. We make sure NHS and social care managers hear your views and use them to make make it easier for you to manage your own health and well-being.

Thank you.
