Complete our survey on access to Blue Badges and other council services if people are not online

At Age UK we regularly hear from individuals and local Age UKs about the difficulties some people who are not online face when they want to access services and support such as claiming a Blue Badge or applying for the Council Tax energy rebate from their local council. We want to get a picture of the situation across England, so have developed this short survey. Thank you very much for taking the time complete it.
This survey is intended to be complementary to the work being done by Age UK London’s ‘Mind the Digital Gap’ campaign which Age UKs in London may also be involved with: https://www.ageuk.org.uk/london/projects-campaigns/mind-the-digital-gap/
