Yes, I intend to apply. Please note - you need to be within 10 years of obtaining your PhD to apply for the award. Please provide the following documents as one single PDF file by Wednesday 14 June. If you would like some advice about how to do this please contact us at theteam@neuroendo.org.uk .

2 full reference letters (one should be from a member of the affiliated society)
