Help us to plan our work for the next 18 months

Like everyone, here at Healthwatch in County Durham we have been adjusting to a new way of working and the COVID-19 virus has changed so many things for all of us. However we do want to start planning our future work and if you live in County Durham then we would like to give you the opportunity to choose the priorities for us to focus on as part of our work over the next 18 months.
We will use what we find to ensure the patients and public in County Durham have a voice - sharing any good practice or issues identified with the relevant organisations.
The survey will be open until 25th September. If you have any queries about the survey, or there's anything else you think we should know then please email us at healthwatchcountydurham@pcp.uk.net

Please read the work plan options below and rate each one in your order of preference from 1 to 7.
1 being the most important to you and 7 being the least. Please use a different rating number for each option.
