To ask if anything has changed about the support they receive since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
To find out if people feel socially isolated and whether this is long-term or just since the start of the pandemic.
Mental Health (young people) -Engaging with young people to discover what their recent experience has been accessing Mental Health Services. Gathering information about any particular issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
To understand the key issues facing young people trying to access services and their experiences receiving services, including what has worked well and what could be better
Getting help from your GP - Engaging with patients, to hear their experiences when accessing advice and appointments at their GP Practice, including Care Navigation. To understand the changes in the way practices have supported patients since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and what that means for them. This includes the quality of the information provided on telephone messages and practice websites. To find out what is important to patients about the way in which they receive care in the future.
Diagnosis and treatment for cancer and other conditions - Gathering the views from patients (and/or their carers) with a potentially serious disease or condition, for example patients diagnosed with cancer or patients who have suffered a heart attack or stroke.
To understand how their experiences may have been influenced by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes their diagnosis, treatment and aftercare and whether this has been delayed, changed or disrupted.
Non-emergency Patient transport - Engaging with patients who have accessed patient transport in the County since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
To find out how readily available and easy to understand information is about the options available and the eligibility criteria for transport. To identify any barriers to accessing transport. To gather information about the different transport options for patients, including volunteer schemes and help from charities .
The NHS 111 Service - Engaging with people who have used the NHS 111 service in the County recently. To find out about their experiences related to COVID-19 enquiries as well as other health concerns. To discover what works well and what could be better.
Accessing Dental Treatment - Engaging with dental patients, to hear their experiences since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, when accessing advice or treatment at their Dental Practice or other dental facility. This includes the availability of general appointments, accessing emergency treatment and finding an NHS dentist.
