Healthwatch Sunderland Care Home Survey

Healthwatch Sunderland provides and an independent voice for local people who use health and social care services that are either provided by the NHS or funded by the government i.e., doctors, dentists, social workers, care homes etc. Our role is to ensure that people's views on these services are listened to and fed back to those who provide them so improvements can be made.

The questions within this survey have been designed based on what people have said is most important to those living in a care home.
