Welcome to the BioPhorum Extractables reporting template feedback survey!
The BioPhorum extractables workstream has developed the standard extractables rpeorting template as a combined effort between biomanufacturers and suppliers of SUS equipment. The goal is to present the data in a standard format to facilitate its reporting and use.
Background: This survey is a key continuous improvement tool to support standardization and development of the way in which extractables data is reported.
Achieving standardization of the reporting of extractables data has key benefits for both biomanufacturers and supply chain partners. For biomanufacturers it means data can be leveraged easily, whilst for supply partners it provides clarity on what is expected from them. Ultimately it may support regulatory review as information will be presented consistently.
Purpose of survey: 1) Receive feedback from the industry on this standardized template and recommendations for improvement.
How will the survey data be shared, analyzed and used: We are asking survey respondents to provide contact details to enable us to follow up with you if the team needs to seek clarification on your responses.
Your comments will be shared with BioPhorum workstream members who are looking at updating the reporting table. They will not be attributed to a specific company or individual. Rather the team will be shown a consolidated list of all of the comments received for each section. The team will determine how to proceed with version 2 of this template (if necessary) based on the feedback received. We may contact you to ask if the team can discuss your feedback with you directly
