Introduction
This survey is part of a review that is currently being undertaken into how social care services have been working during the Covid-19 pandemic in Wales.
This review will help social care services in Wales to understand more about what worked well and where services could have been improved over the last two years. It will also tell Welsh Government about what matters to people accessing social care and their carers and families.
We are interested in hearing from you if you have personal experience of accessing social care services during the pandemic, or if you are a carer or close family member of somebody who has accessed social care services. Experiences of any and all types of social care services are valuable for us to hear about. This includes but is not limited to services for:

- older people
- mental health support
- people with learning or physical disabilities
- alcohol and substance misuse
- prevention of abuse or neglect
- housing-related needs
- domestic abuse
- family support
- child protection
- child placement, fostering and adoption
- young offenders
The survey is anonymous, and we will not trace responses to individuals. We will only contact you about this project and will not share your contact details with third parties.
