How should we continue the science-faith interaction in the Tyne valley area?

Following the Templeton-funded 'Big Questions - Any Answers?' series of talks on science and Christian faith in 2017, we want to find out what interest there is in continuing to explore this relationship, and look for the best way to do it in the absence of external funding.  Here you can provide some input to possible plans - and offer to contribute if you wish.  You can also provide comments by email direct to bigquestions2017@gmail.com or to bill.clegg@ncl.ac.uk; see also bigquestions-anyanswers.org for further information.

One possibility is to develop the currently not very active "Tyneside & Northumberland" local group of the national oganisation "Christians in Science", which means covering the Tyneside urban area as well as the Tyne valley and other parts of rural Northumberland and arranging events over a wider area.  Do you think this is an attractive option?
