establish how many supported internship programmes are either up and running or being planned;
discover and share good practice; and
identify whether there are common barriers or concerns that we should address to support future delivery of supported internships.
We would be grateful if you would complete this survey (it should take no more than 15 minutes) to tell us about your supported internship programme, or your plans for setting one up.
The survey is being run by Preparing for Adulthood at the request of the Department for Education. The DfE may request some of your personal information at a later date to feed into their work on Supported Internships; however, we will contact you to ask your permission before providing DfE with your information, and you will have the right to refuse this request.
The information being collected is to help us identify how Supported Internships are being developed across the country and will not be shared with anyone else, or used for any other purpose.
