Stepping into my Shoes initiative - C&P STP - Sharer

Question Title

* 1. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to work for another Health and Care organisation and how it relates to your work. This could be your opportunity to find out.

As part of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough (C&P) Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) we are running an initiative entitled "Stepping into my Shoes"(outlined in a separate flyer). This initiative will allow leaders from across C&P health and care organisations to undertake short informal interchanges with colleagues from other organisations. The aim of this initiative is to find out more about their colleagues work and organisations. Doing this will not only help your work but also help develop the closer working relationships needed across the C&P STP.

In completing this survey you are giving consent to C&P using your data to match you with a Learner and contact you both as part of the Stepping into my Shoes initiative.

In taking part in the scheme Sharers agree:

  • To undertake the learning experience within the outlined timescale.

  • To seek prior agreement from line manager to undertake learning experiences in line with organisational study leave policy/requirements and personal development plans.

  • Not to disclose any sensitive / private information gained undertaking the initiative.

  • To provide evaluation feedback via a short phone interview / survey monkey questionnaire.
If you are interested in coaching or mentoring experiences we will contact you to explore your qualifications and experience.
