Horsham District Business Issues and Needs Survey 
Supply chain, local sourcing, staffing and skills development support

The data in this survey is being collected by Horsham District Council. The purpose of this survey is to understand the current impact of supply chain issues and staff shortages on Horsham District businesses and to identify  local sourcing and skills development needs. 

The data collected within this survey will help inform some of Horsham District Council's Economic Development initiatives supporting local businesses, therefore five minutes of your time completing this survey is much appreciated.

The survey is split into two sections. The first section asks questions on supply chains, local sourcing, staff shortages and skills development needs. The second section asks a bit more about your business, so we can determine needs according to business type.

Responses to this survey will be anonymous. If you choose to supply a contact email address, this will only be used to inform you of any HDC Economic Development initiatives for businesses.
