We are looking at the feasibility of Out of School Care and flexible child care in Ardersier, Croy and Cawdor Primary Schools. It has been requested that a survey be conducted to identify the demand for this within the schools. Whilst we know some of you have already filled a survey in, as we are working collectively now, we need all the questions in the same format. Thank you for your understanding.

Please answer the following questions (also if you don't require after school care please) as accurately as possible and return the completed form to the school by 5pm Thursday the 7th of October 2021. The information will be used as an indicator of need, but in no way guarantees that there will be a service provided.

Please note:

- The approximate cost of using childcare services is currently, £4.70 PER HOUR or £12.45 for a session of OVER TWO HOURS. It is expected that transport will be arranged for drop off but parents/carers will be expected to be responsible for the pick up of their children from the service.
- Payment for the service will be based on a fixed period of time, rather than a 'pay as you go' payment. A period of time could be set to 3 months, for instance. For people who struggle to pay the amount at once, there will be options given to spread payment.
- Out of School Care usually runs daily after school during term time, until 6pm.

- It is not yet clear how the costs for drop-off transport will be divided and/or if additional funding will be available for this. Please take into consideration that you might need to pay a small amount for transport services.
