Working with families: what do staff need to know and do

People’s families play a vital role in adult social care services. Employers and staff need to be better at working with people’s families at all levels.

We’ve developed a framework that outlines what staff need to know and do to work well with people’s families, and we want to know what you think.

We’d like to hear from as many people as possible, including managers, learning and development leads, front line staff, assessors, people who need care and support and families.
