Welcome to Barnet Council's Keep Warm and Well Scheme's Joule Tool. This tool is designed to assist residents and staff when determining what advice and assistance is available to residents in the London Borough of Barnet.
You can use the tool for yourself, on behalf of family members, your neighbours, or clients you may work with.
Any information or advice provided in this tool is provided in good faith, but as it can also mention external sources of information, or information from other departments, these may be subject to change before the creator of this tool in the London Borough of Barnet is informed of this.
