The Event

Hear how The Scheme is doubling in size this year and offering traineeships in three departments.

This year’s Scheme managers will be interviewed by Sharika (Assistant Editor, The Scheme 2018) to demystify publishing, talk about career opportunities and what it’s like to work in editorial, publicity and sales.

What is The Scheme?

The Scheme offers 18 paid six-month traineeships across Editorial, Publicity and Sales.

It’s open to talents from Black, Asian and minority ethnic groups and lower socio-economic backgrounds.

Applications open towards the end of April and you’ll need to have the right to work and train in the UK to be eligible.
