Thank you for taking part in this survey. Your feedback will provide valuable insight and information into the activity trends within the area.
A number of partners* are working together to apply for funding to get people more active and increase participation in football and other sports. In this survey, we would like to know how you feel about physical activity and what would encourage you to get more involved. This will help us to understand more about the kinds of activities we could offer.
The survey is being managed by an independent consultant who complies with all GDPR and UK legislation on data protection and follows the Market Research Society's Code of Conduct. That means that all responses will remain anonymous and will be treated with the strictest confidence. Your personal details will only be used to contact you if you want to be involved in the project, or if you win a prize.
The survey takes on average 10 minutes to complete and, as a thank you, you'll be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 One4all Voucher.
