Draft Business Plan 2020-2025 Consultation

Introduction

This is a draft version of the Queens Cross Workspace Business Plan for the period 2020-25. It has been produced for consultation with our customers and community stakeholders, before we finalise our five-year plan. We welcome the views of any local residents, any individuals, businesses or agencies with an interest in local economic development, but we particularly want to hear the views of QCW customers.

We will be pleased to consider any comments or suggestions for our future plan, and ask that you complete our survey by 15 January 2021.

We’ve identified four areas that we consider offer the most significant challenges and opportunities for Queens Cross Workspace at the present time – Covid-19, Brexit, growth, and green business.

We’ve spent some time thinking about the mission for our business for 2025, and identified three key objectives to help focus our plans.
