South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SCAS) values your feedback and wants to make our services as high-quality as possible for you.

If you have used/use our services in one of our four counties (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire) and/or are a member of our foundation trust, we would like to hear about your experience.

Your support is important because it helps our teams to understand where we can make improvements and where we are providing a good service.

We would be grateful if you could spare a few minutes to complete our annual survey; it’s easy, straightforward and above all an opportunity for you to tell us what you think about our services. Please answer as many of the questions as you can. Your responses will remain anonymous. A summary of the results will be included in the next members' newsletter and will be published on the Trust website.
