Aims and Introduction

To produce evidence to inform assessment of levels of awareness of Citizens Advice Bureau, its current services, the range of advice topics covered, and how advice may be accessed.Citizens Advice Bureau is an independent charity that provides free, impartial, and confidential advice and information. The Bureau needs information on local awareness to inform planning for the future. As part of this, we’re asking a few short questions.
 
This should only take a few minutes of your time and, everyone who completes this can be entered into a prize draw for one £150 supermarket voucher, and five £50 vouchers.
