Work and Pensions Committee relaunches inquiry into universal credit

Following two evidence sessions - on 23 January 2017 and 8 February 2017 - examining the progress in introducing universal credit and the impact it is having, the Work and Pensions Committee is inviting written submissions to its inquiry.

As universal credit rolls out full service across Great Britain, evidence is building of huge problems that are causing hardship to claimants, housing associations and other organisations.

This is a chance for us to use the experience of NAWRA members to feed into this inquiry. The more responses we have, the more powerful our evidence.

Please do take time to complete the survey giving anonymous case studies where you have them as they can be particularly effective in getting the message across. It would be helpful when submitting case studies if you could include whether you are in a full service or live service area, and your geographical area.

Thank you for your time.
