We want everyone in the team to feel like they are able to make suggestions about how we can improve, share feedback, and tell us about examples of good or bad practice you have seen. We have created the team suggestion box as an opportunity for you to share ideas anonymously. Suggestions will be monitored on a weekly basis and we will report back on what is submitted in TeamTalk.
This is a space for constructive ideas and suggestions or for highlighting generic non-urgent issues. If you have urgent or specific concerns please raise them with your line-manager or consult our whistle-blowing policy for other ways you can highlight problems anonymously.
