This questionnaire asks for non-explicit information about your experiences of sexual harassment and assault. If this makes you feel uncomfortable in any way, please prioritise your safety and wellbeing and do not complete it.
 
If you require additional help or support as a result of feelings brought up by the survey, or as a result of being subjected to sexual misconduct, please contact Wellbeing at the University (wellbeing@chester.ac.uk) or CSU's Advice Service (csuadvice@chester.ac.uk). You may also consider contacting one of our local support services - RASASC Cheshire and CSASS - both of which can offer independent advice, counselling and support. You can also report any incidents directly to the Police by calling 111. If you are in immediate danger, please call 999. 
 
Survey Details

Chester Students' Union, University of Chester Student Futures and the Cheshire Police and Crime Commissioner's Office are working together to gather your thoughts on sexual misconduct on and around the University's Cheshire campuses. Your responses are completely anonymous and will be treated confidentially.

The survey contains 5-6 questions depending on your responses and should take you less than 5 minutes to complete.

At the end of the survey there is space to share your thoughts about what we can do to make you feel safer on and around campus - please do share them, and know that we're giving every single suggestion careful consideration.

This survey is hosted by Chester Students' Union, with data being shared with the University of Chester and the Cheshire Police and Crime Commissioner's Office. If you have any questions or concerns, please direct them to csumarketing@chester.ac.uk
