This form is to help us allocate Chromebooks to those who need them the most...

This is not an in depth cross examination - the fact that we have got some computers to give out doesn't give us the right to pry into your private life. We feel very strongly about that. This being said we do need to allocate these computers to the people who need them the most, so we will simply ask you a few basic questions and trust your honesty at a time of national crisis.

(If it was up to us we would allocate a computer to every single applicant without question. Sadly our pockets are not deep enough for that.)

Anyone who doesn't get a computer immediately will enter the next round of allocation.

We have an allocations meeting every Monday evening and we will discuss your application at the next meeting, and update you as soon as possible afterwards.
