Think Tank: how has the management of your teams changed in a Covid-19 era?

* 1. The last 6 months have shown how critical facilities management is as a service. FM teams have had to adapt rapidly to the increasing demands in a global health crisis. As Facilitate was going to press, the Prime Minister had announced restrictions on gatherings of 6 because of a rise in Covid-19 infections, indicating that FMs’ jobs are far from over as the coronavirus continues to spread in the population.

So, this month we ask you how has the management of your teams changed in a Covid-19 era?  How have you coped with less people? What have your strategies been? How has shift work affected team structure?
