We want to hear from you

We are developing plans to create and manage around 35 modern, zero carbon homes on land at the top of Waunsterw in Rhydyfro.

The site has already been allocated for new housing by the Council, we’d like to hear your views about our initial plans for Parc Hadau - to help us deliver the best possible scheme.

Your comments will be reviewed and considered by the project team to help shape our final plans for Parc Hadau. Comments need to be with us by 18th October 2019.

* 4. We’ve seen there’s very few facilities in your neighbourhood, so we’re intending to include some shared space for communal facilities, if we can, and if someone wishes to run it! For example, this might be a small local shop, coffee venue or other service to the new and existing local community. What would you like to see here that you feel would be of benefit and would be used by the local community?
