Help us to plan for an Age Friendly District.

We are developing an Age-friendly Action Plan for Fermanagh and Omagh District Council. In an age-friendly place, age is not a barrier to living well, and older people are supported to live their best lives possible.

We want to hear about what is most important to people in the Fermanagh and Omagh District, and we are planning to talk to lots of different people. This short survey is aimed at people aged 50+.

You may feel some of the questions are not appropriate or intrusive and we have added an option to prefer not to say. This survey is anonymous and you do not need to complete all sections or questions. It should take no more than 15 minutes of your time.
