Thank you for registering your school's intention to attend a DfE funded phonics roadshow in your area. In addition to telling us which members of staff will be attending the training event, the DfE requires us to gather some information about your school. This is to ensure that we are reaching a broad range of schools. Thank you for your time, and we look forward to seeing you at one of our events.

We'd now like to gather some information about your school's approach to teaching phonics and reading. This information will be used by the DfE to evaluate the impact of the training event. The feedback from this short survey may also be used by our phonics expert to ensure the relevance of the training on the day.

* 7. What is your response to this statement? Until children become fluent at reading, they need daily practice using a levelled, phonically-decodable reading scheme only, from the first half term in Reception or sooner.
