UK medical leadership survey

The Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM) and researchers at the Business School (formerly Cass) are interested in understanding more about doctors and leadership in the UK. This survey should take approximately 8 minutes to complete.
 
Please note the following: Participants may refuse to answer any questions or withdraw at any time without penalty. If you withdraw from the study, your answers will not be recorded or assessed. Participants receive no direct benefits of participating. All responses will be completely anonymous and handled with confidentiality. Any publication of the research will discuss findings in aggregate/averages. Data will be stored on an encrypted and password protected server. Thank you in advance.
