Introduction

As part of 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence and our commitment of building a safer and equal world of work for all - the Scottish Trade Union Congress (STUC) Women’s Committee have launched a survey to gather Women in Scotland’s views on and evidence of their experiences of Sexual Harassment at Work in Scotland.

All answers will remain anonymised, and the findings of the survey will help to support the advancement of campaigning activities, political, policy, and bargaining demands, and collective action for tackling Sexual Harassment both at work and in society. Your contribution, experiences, and participation are Invaluable.
