The Scottish Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Sports Charter was developed and launched in 2015 as a tool for Scottish Governing Bodies (SGBs), sports clubs and sports providers to better include lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in Scottish sport.

The Scottish LGBT Sports Charter

You can find out more about the Scottish LGBT Sports Charter, and its signatories, on our website: www.equality-network.org/sport

When the charter was launched it was suggested by stakeholders that an annual review be published looking at the successes and challenges faced by sports providers with specific relation to LGBT participation.

Following is a short questionnaire which will help us take a snapshot of LGBT participation in Scottish sport during the past year. You don't have to be a charter signatory to take the survey.

* 1. Your Information

* 2. Please use the box below to tell us about any positive examples relating to LGBT inclusion within the past year. This can include initiatives, events, positive stories of inclusion or examples of best practice. (You can share any documents or images at the end of the survey)

* 3. Please use the box below to tell us about any challenges you have faced relating to LGBT inclusion within the past year. This can include situations or questions you didn't understand or know the answer to, or examples of where you feel something could have been done differently. (You can share any documents or images at the end of the survey)

* 4. In the past year do you think...

* 5. Is there anything that would help you in future to better include LGBTI people? (Click all that apply)

* 6. Is there anything else you would like to add on the topic of LGBTI inclusion in sport that has not been covered?

We would welcome any copies of documents, policies you've developed, or images of initiatives that you would like to share with us. You can email these documents to sportsreview@equality-network.org. Thank you.
