East Midlands - Adopter Voice on Support |
Adoption Support
In February we asked that adopters share their Adopter Voice regarding Adoption Support and this was sent out via email on an electronic word document. In response to feedback we have now transferred the same survey to this method to enable those who could not access it. Therefore the deadline date for completion is now the 1st May 2017.
We are thinking about how adoption support may be arranged in the future and it is possible the different elements of support can be grouped into three categories:
Universal - those that adopters can access or attend and delivered across the whole region
Targeted - are services which can be accessed via the Adoption Support Service and aimed at helping adopters deal with specific issues and likely to be provided across localities
Specialist - are most likely to be offered from designated locations within the East Midlands specialising in specific therapeutic interventions or support
This survey is help the developing Regional Adoption Agency gather your view on a list of current services provided across the region; this will help make informed decisions about what Adoption Support should be provided and how it can be delivered given the large geographical area.
**Please note not all responses will require an answer regarding accompanying your child, so please just ignore where applicable**
Thank you for your continued support and if you have already completed the word version of this survey, thank you and your views will also contribute to this survey.
