* 9. Members' Pick Award and the ITSPA Champions Award

These Awards are open to anything VoIP related and is based on members own feedback. It could be a particular service, product or individual who has helped significantly improve the way things operate.
ITSPA members can provide a suggestion (a maximum of 3) of what or who they feel has made a real impact in the VoIP industry.

The suggestions will be collated and a shortlist will be produced by the ITSPA Council and winner of Members' Pick Award will be decided by vote during the ITSPA Awards ceremony. The ITSPA Champions award will be decided by the ITSPA Council.

All entrants are asked to provide a written self-assessment of no more than 3 sides of A4 (minimum size font: Arial 10) outlining their service/product.

The self-assessment must be received by close of business on Friday 17th March 2017.

The description should include:
- A brief history about the service/product
- A description of the service/product features
- A suitable Case Study
- Consideration of the questions outlined in the relevant Awards criteria (see Award information document)
- Any relevant web links relevant to specific issues (e.g as customer support)
