Isle of Wight Carer Strategy Consultation

The Isle of Wight Council is working with various organisations across the Isle of Wight to produce a new carers strategy for our Islands unpaid carers. Carers IW have produced a short survey in conjunction with the Isle of Wight Council to capture the voices and opinions of our unpaid carers. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and we would like to thank you for taking time to complete the survey. If you would like feedback from this survey please leave your details in question 25 and we will get back in touch with you when the survey is completed.

Following this survey, if you need any support or guidance, please contact Adult Social Care (01983 814980) or Carers IW (01983 533173)
