About this survey

The IOM3 Oil & Gas Division became the Energy Transition Group in February 2020 to build on the legacy of oil & gas in the energy industry and provide IOM3 members with technical content, networking opportunities and events related to decarbonising the world via the energy transition.

The Group will also aim to facilitate collaboration between the various IOM3 Technical Communities, Societies, Associations and their constituent Committees that represent IOM3 members and the businesses, universities or other institutions they work for that will be impacted or involved in the Energy Transition.

To mark the change, the ETG plan to hold a an inaugural one-day seminar on 'Decarbonising Energy – the Transition to Net Zero', part of a series of IOM3 'Decarbonisation/Net Zero' events leading up to the deferred COP26 meeting to be held in Glasgow in November 2021.

We would like to hear your opinion on what interests you about Energy transition and in particular what areas the 'Decarbonising Energy – the Transition to Net Zero' seminar should consider.
