Brought to you by the IoIC in Bristol

Date: Tuesday 12th April 2016
Time: 4.30pm – 6.30pm

What is employer branding? How can internal communicators use it to attract, retain and engage the right people for your business? How can you implement it into your company? This afternoon session will address these questions and more, as well as providing real life examples from companies including ODEON & UCI Cinemas and Las Iguanas.

This is the second event brought to you by the newly-founded Institute of Internal Communications (IoIC) Bristol group.

Speaker one - Gemma McGrattan, Synergy Creative:

Presenter Gemma McGrattan is co-founder and director at Synergy Creative, a Bristol based integrated brand engagement and internal communications agency recently named in the Recommended Agency Register’s Top 100 Agency List.

Gemma will be giving a behind-the-scenes look at the award-winning work they have completed with ODEON & UCI to embed a new, insight-driven employer brand across Europe.

The session will cover:

1). An introduction to employer branding and how it is so much more than recruitment – it is a holistic approach which will help your company attract and keep the best people

2). A look behind-the-scenes at how ODEON is using employer brand to shape its five-year internal comms and HR strategy

3). The 5 Step Process to successfully implementing employer brand into your company

Angela has worked at Las Iguanas for over 11 years, in both HR and talent roles. During that time she’s witnessed the company’s phenomenal growth from a Bristol-based restaurant to a hugely successful nationwide Latin American group with 46 locations and over 1,500 employees.

Las Iguanas is at the start of their employer brand journey and will share their story so far, and their learnings along the way.

The session will include:
