Ofcom have requested visibility of the industry's view on establishing a Common Wholesale Platform.  All Independent Network Operators ("INOs") are kindly requested to promptly complete this survey.

 

We are also interested in the opinion of industry as a whole, so those connected via supply chain, consultancy services, finance etc., are requested to participate, as there are many parties invested in the success of the INO industry and it would helpful to evidence this as part of our engagement with Ofcom and separately with DCMS
