IMPACT: International Multicentre Project Auditing COVID-19 in Trauma & Orthopaedics

Thank you very much for participating in this survey. It is intended for completion only by Senior Service Managers or Lead Clinicians with oversight over hip fracture (or appropriate delegate).

The survey has questions relating to your views on:

- The impact of COVID-19 on Elective Orthopaedic & Trauma Orthopaedic services

- The impact of COVID-19 on Fragility Hip & Femur Fracture services

- Strategies for mitigating and planning for a 'recovery phase'

Information collected by the IMPACT Services Study will be handled sensitively, with the public anonymity of participating individuals and hospitals preserved. Additionally you may choose to omit including your name and contact details, though we do ask for some basic information on country in which you are working, and your professional role.

Findings will be shared with participating national bodies and a limited number of researchers from the lead group (Scottish Orthopaedic Research Trust into Trauma, SORT-IT) for the purposes of analysis and publication.

Collaborating individuals submitting survey data which is later included in published work will be recognised as part of the IMPACT Services Study Audit Group.

An opportunity is given at the end of the survey to specify limitations on the use of submitted information.
