Books - we will notify you when your requested book arrives at the library and is ready for you to collect.

Articles - if we receive your requested article in electronic format then we will email it to you. 

If we receive your requested article from the British Library, then it will be provided to you as a paper copy (we cannot provide electronic copies of British Library supplied documents due to copyright restrictions)

If we cannot source this article (or Book) online or via another library then we can apply for a copy (Loan) from the British Library. 

We charge £1.00 for each article (book loan) requested from the British Library.  (We pay the British Library £10+ for the article)

This £1.00 fee is payable when you collect the article from our library at HRI / CHH.
